Carer's Pop-in Café

Take a break at our Carer's Pop-in Café on Fridays. 10.30 AM - 12 PM

Pop in for a cuppa, cake, and a blether with other carers. It’s a friendly, relaxed space to chat, share a laugh, and discover services and resources that might make life a little easier. We know joining groups can be difficult when you’re a carer, so feel free to bring the person you care for.

While you meet other carers, they can unwind next door with the experienced Time Well Spent volunteers.

Please note our team isn’t medically trained and can’t provide personal care, but we’ll do what we can to support you both—just let us know when you arrive.
